ATF officials say they have disrupted a skinhead plot to assassinate presidential candidate Barack Obama.
An assassination attempt on Barack Obama by a group of neo-Nazi skinheads was thwarted by Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF). ATF says the alleged conspirators intended to rob a gun store, then target an unnamed high school with a predominately African-American student body, and then go on a nationwide killing spree culminating in Obama's assassination.
